I grew up on constant Next Generation reruns. If (if) the movie is as good as the trailer: awesome. The Kirk actor kind of reminds me of the actor who plays Lindsey on Angel…

This looks really, really good. He looks a little like a very young Kirk, doesn’t he? And that guy – the Vulcan – he looks a lot like a young Spock, doesn’t he? Is this supposed to be some kind of prequel?

Adrian, as it turns out, the love interest in Night of the Comet is a very young Robert Beltran, who went on to play Chakotay in ST:V. Just proving that it’s a Star Trek world all around (grin).
