When it’s over 70 degrees and the sun is flowing down, there is nothing like cool clear lake water at least 5 feet deep so you can be completely covered with the biggest necessity of life, that without which. I come from the desert southwest, but if you are willing to travel you can immerse your self in lake water. In fact , the desert makes you prize water.
It’s 50 degrees today, but when it warms up I’m going swimming in Cravath Lake, just 4 miles from my home.
I love the desert. And I love flatland lakes, and mountain lakes. I took a rafting trip down the Colorado through the Grand Canyon 30 years ago and have never forgotten the beauty of the water and canyon together. I want to do that again someday.
Enjoy your swim! 🙂
