I thought it was one of the best Batman films so far. My wife totally disagrees with me, but she's in love with the purple Batman, who is definitely not the Dark Knight. I entered the theater with a bag of skepticism ready to throw at Heath's performance. Whoa, was I floored by the deliciously bold and rich character he embodied. Hats off to his spirit. Ditto. I will be lured to the big screen for a rerun, then get the DVD and watch it some more. I'm glad you enjoyed it too and the audience behaved.
