		<description>You forget: strength.  Why is is that so many women are afraid to be strong? I&#039;ve interveiwed several olympic caliber women&#039;s hockey players.  Very similar to rock-climbing - if you cling to the space you&#039;ll fail. Creating distance between you and the rock/object to maximize range of motion , flexibility and strength.</description>
